What it costs, and when

One payment of $369 for the membership, and it lasts for life. Nothing renews and nothing is ever charged again: if the membership ever costs more, that is for new members — your library is already yours.

Cancelling

One click, from your library, at any hour, with no message to write and no reason to give. Cancelling is exactly as easy as joining was, deliberately.

When you cancel you keep every book to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not shut the door the moment you reach for it. After that the library closes, your account remains, and your free Invitation books stay yours permanently.

Refunds

If you were charged for a period you did not mean to renew, write to [email protected] within 14 days and we will refund it in full, no reason required. That is a promise, not a discretion.

Books bought outright before the membership existed keep the promise they were bought under: refundable in full within 14 days, and yours to keep for good otherwise. Nothing you already own is changed by any of this.

Something went wrong instead?

If a payment went through and the library did not open, that is our fault and not a refund matter. Write to us and we will put it right by hand, promptly.
