The Refund Promise
If a book disappoints you, you should not pay for it. It is that simple.
The promise
Any purchase, refunded in full within 14 days — no reason required, no questions that matter. Email [email protected] from the address on your account (or include your PayPal receipt) and we will return the money through PayPal, usually within a few days.
What happens after
The refunded books leave your library shelf. Your account, your free Invitation books, and your welcome here remain exactly as they were — a refund is not a falling-out.
Something went wrong instead?
If a payment went through but the book never appeared on your shelf, that is our fault, not a refund matter — write to us with your PayPal receipt and we will place it in your library by hand, promptly.
